What is the best way to contact you?

Are your massage chairs brand new?
Yes, all of our massage chairs are brand new from our warehouse.
Do you have a showroom where I can try the chairs?
No, not at this time. As we try to focus on providing the best customer service and experience, all orders will be coming from our website, Kazuo.ph.
Demo appointments may be accepted in Metro Manila only. Please contact us to request for an appointment.
What payment methods are accepted?
• Debit and Credit Cards: all major cards are accepted.
12 months with 0% installments available for credit card holders.
• Bank Deposit/Transfer: all major banks in the Philippines with online banking.
• Over-the-Counter: pay cash via our partner banks, ATMs and payment centers.
• E-Wallets: fast and secure mobile payments are available.
Do you offer warranty?
All products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty against factory defect.

Is buying online safe?
We use Shopify as our ecommerce platform of choice for safe and secure shopping for our customers. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, which is the highest level of compliance that covers all 6 PCI standard categories. Your Data is safe and secure with Kazuo.ph.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery time usually takes between 4-8 business days. If you live in a remote rural area, a few extra days maybe added to the overall delivery time.
Where do you ship free?
We ship free in Greater Manila area and Luzon.
Do you ship outside of the Philippines?
No, we currently only ship in the Philippines.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped we’ll send you tracking information for your purchase.
Can you deliver my orders at a specific time I want?
Unfortunately we can only guarantee the delivery of your order within the scheduled date. We request all customers to have someone wait and receive the items on the day of the agreed delivery schedule.
In cases that no one will receive the items, please let us know at least a day before the scheduled delivery to avoid incurring charges.
How can I setup and install my massage chair?
All massage chairs are ready to be used, right out of the box.
Two wheels are located at the back of the chair. Once unboxed, you can push the chair into the desired room and connect it to the power source for immediate use.
Unboxing and installation videos will be sent. We will be able to assist you through message and/or call if you have any questions regarding the setup.
What should I do if my order was damaged during shipment?
In the rare event that your order was damaged during transit or arrived defective, please contact us immediately. In the case of a damaged or defective product, you may be eligible for a product exchange at no additional charge, pending availability.
